Ribolla Gialla extra dry single sparkling wine produced using the Charmat method. Of a beautiful golden and bright yellow, the nose is of flowers and exotic fruits. Fresh in the mouth, the bubbles are fine and enveloped by the persistent floral touch. It has good balance and clear-cut minerality.

Indigenous biodiversity

Here, between the Grave and the Eastern hills, we at Le Due Torri drive to cultivate biodiversity. Nestled by the Torre river, four hectares of natural wood embrace our vineyards, creating a unique microclimate and constitute an oasis of indigenous biodiversity. Sixteen varieties of Vitis vinifera exist here, seven of which are indigenous.

We take utmost care of our historic vineyards.  One dates back to the 1920s another was planted in the 1960s.  We make certain the same care and dedication for all our vineyards, to ensure a longevity according to the premise that more mature vines enable a better wine.
